David Shook

David Shook currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Lyell Immunopharma and as a Clinical Instructor at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals, where comprehensive medical care for pediatric hematopoietic cell transplant and cellular therapy is overseen.
