Jarrad Aguirre

Jarrad Aguirre, MD, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Medical Affairs at Lyell Immunopharma, a company focused on developing next-generation CAR T-cell therapies for cancer. Prior to this role, Jarrad co-founded and led Miga, a virtual heart health clinic that integrates gamified applications with comprehensive clinical services, which joined Bitterroot Bio in 2025. Jarrad has also held significant positions at Myovant Sciences, including Head of Corporate Strategy and Chief of Staff, and completed residency as a Resident Physician at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Jarrad's educational background includes an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, an MD from Stanford University School of Medicine, an MPhil in Medical Anthropology from the University of Oxford, and a BS in Biology from Yale University.
