Kelsy Rushing

Kelsy Rushing has extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Associate at Lyell Immunopharma since March 2022. Previously, Kelsy worked at Bristol Myers Squibb from February 2021 to March 2022, holding positions including Team Lead and Specialist, focusing on clinical and commercial manufacturing of CAR-T cell therapies. Prior to this, Kelsy was a Scientist III Manufacturing Associate and Group Lead at Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions, overseeing a team and supporting aseptic product manufacturing. Kelsy's early career included roles as a Fisheries Biologist/Observer at Alaskan Observers, Inc., along with positions in quality control and manufacturing in cGMP environments. Kelsy holds a Master of Pharmaceutical Bioengineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
