Reinder Vanderschoot

Reinder Vanderschoot has extensive experience in supply chain management. Reinder currently holds the position of Senior Director Supply Chain Operations at Lyell Immunopharma, starting in October 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Director Supply Chain at Bristol Myers Squibb from October 2019 to October 2020.

Before joining Bristol Myers Squibb, Reinder held multiple roles at Juno Therapeutics, Inc. Reinder served as a Senior Director Supply Chain - Process, Systems, and Analytics from January 2018 to October 2019. Prior to that, they were the Director of Supply Chain from April 2015 to January 2018, where they were responsible for establishing and managing the entire supply chain organization.

Reinder started their career at Ford Motor Company in 2000, where they held various logistics and managerial positions. Reinder was involved in the design and implementation of new sequencing and distribution centers, logistics planning for vehicle launches, and the development of lean operations logistics planning software.

Prior to joining Ford Motor Company, Reinder worked at St. Onge Company as an Account Manager from March 1995 to October 2000. In this role, they were responsible for conducting strategic logistics analyses and managing a team of engineers.

Reinder Vanderschoot completed a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Logistics, Material Handling, and Operations Research at the University of Twente from 1989 to 1995.
