Gimel Hooper

Gimel Hooper is an experienced project developer and music and entertainment consultant based in Los Angeles. Since October 2019, Hooper has been with Lyfe Productives, focusing on project development activities to meet customer requirements and ensuring timely execution within budget. Alongside this role, Hooper has been a DJ at D&G Entertainment since July 2016, specializing in diverse events such as weddings and corporate gatherings. As a self-employed consultant since March 2012, Hooper curates music and coordinates events for various local businesses and artists. Previously, Hooper co-founded DPL Productions LLC, managing one of the largest weekly open mic events, and served as a music curator for Dr. Michelle Golland's private practice. Additionally, from 2007 to 2008, Hooper instructed at Scratch DJ Academy, teaching students the intricacies of DJing. Education was pursued at Los Angeles Valley College from 2001 to 2003.
