Julia Riessen

Julia Riessen has over a decade of experience in human resources. Julia began their career as an HR business partner at HP, where they supported the software engineering, product management, and marketing departments. In 2013, they joined Opower as a senior HR business partner for the tech department. Julia oversaw all aspects of HR for the company's engineering, product, design, professional services, and people organizations. In 2015, they left Opower to become the head of HR operations at Lyft.
