Nina Remiker-Scheinman

Nina Remiker-Scheinman is an experienced professional in learning and development, with a recent tenure as Director of People Development at Lyft from September 2019 to June 2023, where strategic guidance on employee learning initiatives was provided and key data analyses were conducted to inform talent management needs. Following this role, Nina transitioned to consulting, advising clients on leadership development and executive coaching programs while also contributing as a Learning and Development Consultant for The States Project and leading programs at Roblox, focusing on enhancing manager and individual performance. Nina's education includes a degree in Organizational Leadership from the Coro New York Leadership Center and a Master's in Special Education from the City College of New York.
