Suzanne Origlio

Suzanne Origlio, PhD, is an accomplished professional in the field of psychology and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Staffing & People Development at The Energy Authority since August 2019. Prior to this role, Suzanne worked as a Leadership Coach at MEDI Leadership from 2014 to August 2019, focusing on executive coaching within the health care sector. Suzanne has extensive experience as an Independent Owner, offering business psychology and management consulting services from 2005 to 2019, and served as a Consulting Psychologist at Management Psychology Group from 1998 to 2005, specializing in assessment and leadership development. Earlier experience includes a position as an Internal Organizational Development Consultant at Southern Company from 1994 to 1998. Suzanne holds a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Georgia Institute of Technology and a BS in Psychology from the University of Florida.
