Som Nanda is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Lyft since June 2025. Prior to this role, Som was an Engineering Leader in Identity Security at SailPoint from January 2022 to June 2025, where leadership was provided for multi-million dollar initiatives in Identity security and Cloud governance, focusing on global team coordination and business value. Som holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Ottawa, obtained between 2013 and 2014.
