Luka Hämäläinen

Luka Hämäläinen began their work experience in 2017 at Eckerö Line as a Customer Service Representative and later as a Customer Service Agent until January 2020. In 2021, they worked as a Sales & Service Coordinator at Helkama Rent Oy / Avis and Budget Rent a Car lic., where they handled phone and email communication with domestic and foreign customers, as well as formed offers. From February 2022 to July 2022, Luka worked as an Internship Trainee and then as a Host at Haltia Lake Lodge. Currently, they are serving as an Operations Coordinator at Lygg starting in May 2023.

Luka Hämäläinen completed their high school education at Alppilan lukio from 2015 to 2018. They then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences from 2019 to 2023. In addition to their formal education, Luka obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. They received a Hygiene Certificate from Finnish Food Safety Authority Evira in September 2019, a Matkailualan Turvallisuuspassi (Tourism Safety Pass) from The Finnish National Rescue Association SPEK in October 2019, an Anniskelupassi (Alcoholic Beverage License) from Sosiaali- ja terveysalan lupa- ja valvontavirasto Valvira in November 2019, and a Digital Advertising certification from HubSpot in March 2021. They also obtained a Social Media Marketing certification from HubSpot in October 2019. In 2021, Luka pursued further studies towards a Bachelor's degree at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, although the field of study is not provided.
