Patricia Tehan

Patricia leads boardroom searches across a wide range of sectors. She has a 22 year track record of working on Non-Executive and Executive Director board search. She has wide experience of constructing boards in the run-up to IPO and demerger, and of working on succession planning and change with more established boards. Prior to establishing Lygon Group in September 2008, Patricia set up the board practice for Blackwood. She was previously head of the board practice for TMP, a US-quoted search firm. Her early career was as a financial and business journalist with The Times and The Evening Standard. She has a BA in French and Politics from Leicester University. Patricia is also a Trustee of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and sits on the DofE’s Corporate Development group and Women in Business Group.
