Richard Weber

Richard Weber has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Richard is currently working as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Lygos, where they focus on bringing sustainable solutions and technology platforms to market. Prior to this, Richard served as the Vice President at Ethos Biosciences, where they played a key role in the company's diagnostic development and manufacturing efforts. Before that, they held the position of Chief Commercial Officer and President of North America at Green Biologics Ltd. Richard also gained experience at NatureWorks, where they served as the General Manager for Performance Chemicals and later as the Asia Pacific Commercial Director. Richard'searlier career includes roles at Cargill, where they worked in strategy and business development, as well as at Biogen as an Associate Engineer.

Richard Weber completed their Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2003. Richard then pursued a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, specializing in Business Administration, during the period from 2006 to 2008.
