Tafadzwa "Tee" Mariga, MBA, AACSB has an extensive work experience in the water treatment industry. Tafadzwa "Tee" is currently working as the Director of Water Treatment at Lygos since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Earth Science Laboratories, Inc. as the Product Development Director and West Regional Sales Manager from July 2021 to February 2023.

From 2011 to 2021, Tee held various roles at Kemira, starting as an Applications Specialist and moving up to become the Applications Development Manager for Advanced Water Technology (AWT) in North America. In this role, they led a team to advance AWT concepts and projects such as dewatering, odor control, and Struvite control. Tee also served as the Sr. Manager of AWT Sales for Industry and Water in North America, where they led a sales team focused on driving profitability through value and digitalization.

Before joining Kemira, Tee worked as a Process Technician at ANDRITZ from 2008 to 2011 and as a Water Treatment Technician/Operator at the City of Arlington Pierce Burch Water Treatment Plant from 2007 to 2008.

Throughout their career, Tee has demonstrated strong leadership skills and technical expertise in the water treatment industry. Tafadzwa "Tee" has experience in product development, market penetration, and sales technical support, and has successfully managed teams and projects. Tafadzwa "Tee"'sroles have also involved championing innovation and digitalization in water treatment solutions.

Tafadzwa "Tee" Mariga, MBA, AACSB holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Data Analytics from LSU Shreveport, which was earned from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, Tee graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biotechnology with a minor in Chemistry.

In addition to their formal education, Tee has obtained several certifications. In February 2018, they completed the "Python 3 programming" certification from SoloLearn. In March 2015, they obtained the "Expanding Your Influence: Understanding the Psychology of Persuasion" certification from the American Management Association. Furthermore, in September 2014, Tee earned a "Certificate of Completion in Fundamentals of Finance and Accounting" from the American Management Association.
