Andy Baxter

Andy Baxter has over 33 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry. Andy began their career in 1988 as an Equipment Engineer at Motorola. In 2000, they joined Cadbury plc. as a Manufacturing Business Leader, where they were responsible for the Claremont facility in Tasmania, the biggest Cadbury operation in the Asia Pacific region. In 2009, Andy moved to GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) as an Operations Manager - Sterile Manufacturing. From 2013 to 2016, they were an Operations Manager at General Mills, and then moved to George Weston Foods as an Operations Manager (Vic/Tas) - MAURI. In 2018, they joined CSL Behring as a Senior Director: Aseptic Filling, Visual Inspection and Packing and a Director, Packaging & VI Manufacturing. Currently, Andy is the Head of Manufacturing & Supply Chain at Lyka since 2022.

Andy Baxter has a Postgraduate Degree in Leadership from Deakin University, which they obtained from 2021 to 2022. Andy also has a Post Graduate in Business Administration and Management, General from Deakin University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2006.
