Jeffrey Zhao has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jeffrey is currently working as an Associate Product Development Manager at Lyka, where they are involved in delivering human-grade meals on a subscription basis to dogs in Australia. Prior to this, they co-founded and hosted a podcast for As I Am, a platform that creates spaces for people to explore Asian identities. Jeffrey also worked at Deloitte Digital as a Consultant in Strategy & Design from July 2021 to January 2023, and as an Analyst in the same department from March 2020 to June 2021. Jeffrey was previously an Economist at Urbis from January 2017 to April 2019. Additionally, Jeffrey gained experience as a Summer Vacationer in Strategy & Innovation at Deloitte Digital in January 2019. Jeffrey also held roles at Culture Bridge Australia, where they served as a Director at the University of Melbourne from October 2017 to June 2018, and as a Consultant from April 2017 to October 2017.
Jeffrey Zhao completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics & Asian Studies from the University of Melbourne, where they attended from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, they briefly studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for a course titled "EC-260 The Political Economy of Public Policy." In addition to their formal education, Jeffrey Zhao obtained a certification in Introduction to Human-Centered Design from IDEO in March 2021.
