Yvette Martin

Yvette Martin has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Yvette started their career as a Territory Manager at Norgine and then worked as an Ophthalmic Specialist at Alcon Laboratories, Inc. Yvette later joined Stryker as a Leibinger Territory Manager. Yvette then transitioned into the field of consulting, starting at Gallup as a Senior Consultant and eventually becoming a Principal. Yvette utilized techniques from Positive Psychology, NeuroSemantics, and Behavioral Economics to help their clients create thriving workplaces. Yvette also worked as the Director at Strengths Coaching Australia, where they emphasized the importance of relationships in business success. Yvette joined Prospa as the Head of Talent before co-founding and becoming the Director of Kingfisher Advisory Services, where they partnered with leaders to create values-driven and high-performing workplaces. Yvette also served as a Guest Lecturer at the University of Sydney, focusing on motivating others and providing practical insights based on positive psychology. Yvette'smost recent role is as the Performance Coach at Prospa, where they work with various teams to unlock their talent and boost communication and collaboration. Yvette's next career move will be as the Head of People & BizOps at Lyka starting in 2023.

Yvette Martin has a diverse education background. Yvette attended Sacred Heart Girls College from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained their University Entrance qualification. In 1995, Yvette enrolled at The University of Waikato and completed a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Psychology and Japanese in 1998. Continuing their academic journey, they attended Gallup from 2010 to 2014, earning a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach certification with a specialization in Positive Psychology. Additionally, in 2012 to 2013, Yvette attended the Meta-Coach Foundation, acquiring an Associate Certified Meta-Coach certification along with training in Neuro-Semantics and NLP Practitioner techniques.
