Kathy Holmer

Kathy Holmer serves as the Corporate Secretary and Legal Coordinator at Lykes Bros. Inc. since March 2023, overseeing Board meetings, managing shareholder records, and collaborating with outside counsel on legal matters. Prior to this role, Kathy worked as a Senior Litigation Paralegal at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP from February 2005 to March 2023, specializing in complex commercial disputes in various courts and arbitration tribunals. Earlier experience includes a position as a Litigation Paralegal at DLA Piper, focusing on creditors' rights and complex commercial litigation from 2003 to 2005, and as a Legal Coordinator at Skilled Services Corporation from 2000 to 2003, where Kathy managed litigation and compliance processes for a multi-state staffing company. Kathy holds educational qualifications from The University of Kansas and St. Petersburg College.
