Jannice Borekull

Jannice Borekull has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jannice began their career in 2008 as a Project Manager at Sveriges Annonsörer and later served as Deputy Managing Director & Head of Marketing from 2014 to 2016. In 2017, they became the CEO/Managing Director of Anegy Online Marketing. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a People & HR Consultant at People Experience, where they supported companies such as TechBuddy, Offerta.se, Readly, and LYKO in various HR functions. In their role as COO/Head of Operations at People Experience, they ensured smooth operations and collaborated on strategy formulation. At LYKO, they held roles including Internal Communications Consultant, Internal Communications Manager, and HR Project Lead before becoming the Learning Lead in 2023. Jannice has demonstrated expertise in HR, communications, leadership development, and strategic planning throughout their career.

Jannice Borekull has a diverse education history. In 2019, they attended Berghs School of Communication, focusing on Internal Communications. In 2018, they completed a Certification Course on Basic Governance for Board Members at The Swedish Academy of Board Members. In 2016, they furthered their education at Berghs School of Communication, specializing in Strategic Planning and Insights. Jannice also attended Mindset AB in the same year, studying Leadership & Management and Business Presentation. In 2015, they attended Mindset AB for Coaching Individuals and Groups. Going further back, in 2007-2008, they studied Project Management at Berghs School of Communication. In 2005, they pursued Business & Economics at Stockholm School of Economics and also took an Academic Fashion and Accessories Design Intensive Course at Florence Fashion and Design Lab. Finally, in 2000-2003, they completed their Gymnasieexamen (high school diploma) in Social Sciences at Aranäsgymnasiet, with an additional year (2001-2002) at the Scandinavian School of Brussels for the same degree. Alongside their educational pursuits, Jannice Borekull obtained the title of Certified Board Member from StyrelseAkademien in 2018.
