Marco Salis

Marco Salis has a diverse work experience in the fields of regulatory affairs and research. Marco began their career as a Praktikant im Forschungswesen at Helmholtz-Zentrum für Umweltforschung GmbH - UFZ in 2011. Marco later became a Praktikant im Forschungswesen at Helmholtz-Zentrum für Umweltforschung - UFZ in 2012 and then completed their Masterarbeit at the same institution in 2013. Marco joined the Justus Liebig Universität Gießen as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter mit akademischem Abschluss in 2013, where their work involved immobilizing Dyp-Typ Peroxidasen on textile Trager and their industrial application, as well as screening for aroma-relevant compounds using DyP-Typ Peroxidasen. In 2017, they joined Desitin Arzneimittel GmbH as a Regulatory Affairs Manager. Since 2019, they have been working at Lykon, first as a Regulatory Affairs & QM Manager/QMB and currently as the QM/RA Lead/QMB/PRRC.

Marco Salis completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biochemistry at Leipzig University from 2008 to 2011.
