Michelle Lacy is an experienced HR professional with a background in managing employee relations, benefits administration, disciplinary actions, and terminations. With a BA in Management and Human Resources, she has worked in various companies including Gensler, Salt & Straw, and Pathways Management Group. In her current role as Associate Director of Human Resources at MAPS PBC, she continues to excel in HR management.

Founded in 2014 by the non-profit Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (“MAPS”), we are a for-profit public benefit corporation (“PBC”).
