Isabella Ruddock has a strong background in retail and account management. In 2015, they began their career at L'Oréal as a Graduate Management Trainee before taking on roles as a National Account Executive and National Account Manager within the company's Consumer Products and Active Cosmetics divisions. Isabella managed various retailers and brands, including THG, Feel Unique, Escentual, Asos, La Roche-Posay, CeraVe, SkinCeuticals, Vichy, and roger & gallet. In 2021, Isabella joined NEOM as a Senior Commercial Manager for North America. Currently, they hold the position of Global Head of B&M (Bricks & Mortar) Retail at LYMA, starting in 2023.

Isabella Ruddock attended Millfield School from 2008 to 2012, where they pursued studies in the field of business. Here, they completed their secondary education and did not pursue a specific degree. Subsequently, Isabella enrolled at Oxford Brookes University from 2012 to 2015. There, they focused on business marketing management and graduated with a degree in Business Management and Marketing.
