Ciofalo has extensive experience in customer service and operations management, currently serving in Sales & Marketing Operations at Lyman Products since January 2022 and as Customer Service Manager at Lyman Products/Raytech Industries since 2016. Prior to this, Ciofalo held the position of Vice President of Customer Operations at Honeywell Fire Safety from 1989 to 2015, where management of a diverse 70-person staff was a key responsibility. Earlier roles include Customer Service Manager at M. Setlow Company from 1984 to 1989 and Sales Administration Manager at PEZ Candy from 1980 to 1984. John V. Ciofalo holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Rockland Community College and graduated from Nanuet High School.
