Wotan Wilden

Wotan Wilden is the current Chief Design Officer at LYMB.iO. Wotan has also been a Visiting Guest Professor at the School of Design and Arts at Beijing Institute of Technology from February 2018 to February 2020. Prior to that, they were a Projektassistent at Universidad Tecnológica Equinoccial from September 2009 to February 2010. From October 2008 to January 2019, they worked as a Freelance Industrial Designer, creating various design concepts in the fields of consumer electronics, medical devices and furniture. Wotan has also worked as a lecturer and researcher at the Technical University of Munich, Chair of Industrial Design from December 2006 to February 2019. In this role, they were responsible for the conception and implementation of the course "Design Enterprise", which aimed to train the soft skills of the designer's consulting activities at the executive level. Wotan was also responsible for the development, implementation and enforcement of the corporate design of the TUM 2016 with the Corporate Communications Center of the TUM, external design agencies and the Executive Board of the TUM.

Wotan Wilden is a Ph. D. Student in Industrial Design at the Technical University of Munich, where their supervisor is Prof. Fritz Frenkler. Wotan has also attended a colloquium at the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business, and holds a Diplom Designer in Industrial Design from the University of Duisburg-Essen. Wotan has also participated in an Erasmus exchange in Industrial Design at Politecnico di Milano, and attended a workshop on Concepts in Compressed Wood at The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts - Schools of Architecture, Design and Conservation (KADK).
