John Humphrey

John Humphrey joined the Company as a Non-Executive Director on May 15, 2017. His key areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate governance.

Mr Humphrey is a senior consultant to King & Wood Mallesons. He was the Dean of the Faculty of Law at Queensland University of Technology until June 2019. He has held non-executive director positions at other listed companies over many years and is currently Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Auswide Bank Ltd (formerly Wide Bay Australia) and Spotless Group Holdings Ltd. Mr Humphrey is also a non-executive director of Cromwell Property Group. His previous positions include Non-Executive Director of Horizon Oil Ltd, Deputy Chairman of King & Wood Mallesons, Non-Executive Director of Downer EDI Ltd, Villa World Ltd, and Sunshine Broadcasting Network Ltd. He has also served as a member of the Australian Takeovers Panel.

Mr Humphrey is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and Nomination, Remuneration and Community Committee.
