Marcelle Watson

Marcelle Watson is a highly experienced geology professional currently serving as Production Manager and Geology Manager at Lynas Rare Earths Ltd since February 2023. In addition, Marcelle holds the position of Deputy Chairperson for the Governing Council at Central Regional TAFE since August 2021. Previous roles include Geology Manager and Acting Geology Manager at Northern Star Resources Limited, and Geology Superintendent - Operations at KCGM. Over the years, Marcelle has contributed to various organizations including Evolution Mining, Crocodile Gold Corp., KalNorth Gold Mines Ltd, and BHP Billiton, showcasing a strong background in mine geology and resource management.
