Jiawen Ding possesses extensive experience in technology and innovation management, currently serving as GM of Technology and Innovation at Lynas Corporation Ltd since May 2018. Prior to this role, Jiawen held multiple positions at Solvay, including Regional Operation Quality Manager AP and Project Leader, having joined Rhodia in 2000 and relocated to France in 2010. Previous experience includes a Technical Manager role at State Nuclear Power Technology Corporation from January 2008 to August 2010, and Process Manager positions at both Rhodia Electronic & Catalyst and Jiang Su Liyang Rare Earth Beijing Founder Group from July 2002 to January 2008 and July 1998 to June 2002, respectively. Jiawen holds a Master’s Degree from Nanchang University (1996-1999) and a Bachelor’s Degree from East China University of Science & Technology (1986-1990).
