Angie Dallas joined Lynch Consultants in 2012 and specializes in financial management, audit readiness, audit remediation, systems evaluation and implementation, as well as internal controls over financial reporting and substantive audit testing. She is a Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) and former auditor with over 10 years of experience in financial and compliance audits, as well as program and financial management across the Department of Defense and many civilian agencies. Angie’s expertise includes financial statement analysis, data analysis, and systems assessments to meet audit requirements. She has direct Defense financial management experience for the Defense Logistics Agency, Marine Corps, Navy Reserves, and Department of Navy.
Prior to joining Lynch Consultants, Angie served as Project Manager in support of the Marine Corps Systems Command in the development and management of tools used to monitor budget execution across product groups. She also developed, executed, and conducted analysis of accounting reports, including comparison of actual execution to obligation phasing plans, OSD and FMB benchmarks, etc., as well as managed the Tri-Annual Review response.
In addition, Angie has assessed internal controls over financial reporting for the General Services Administration (GSA), as a Senior Auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers, including the testing of internal controls for significant financial statement line items, as well as performing substantive testing and testing over financial reporting processes.
Angie’s extensive experience with Federal accounting and financial statement reporting also extends to operations risk management, General Ledger reconciliation, abnormal transactions resolution, and the SAP (ECC6.0) Enterprise Business System (EBS) core accounting system environment.
