Don Paddock, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Don most recently worked at Lynco Products as the Senior Vice President of Sales for the West Central Region, starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Sales for the same region from January 2018 to December 2022.

Before joining Lynco Products, Don operated their own business, DPaddock LLC, where they pursued an Executive MBA from November 2017 onwards. From 2009 to 2017, they served as the President and CEO of KSG Distributing.

Don's extensive experience also includes working at Barjan LLC as the Executive Vice President from 1999 to 2009. Don played a key role in the company's acquisition of their own business, PBCA Inc., where they served as the General Manager and Co-Owner from 1989 to 1999. Don co-founded and successfully grew PBCA Inc., eventually selling it to Barjan LLC when it achieved $7.5 million in revenue.

Don's early career started at Aramark, Magazine and Book Division, where they worked as a Sales & Marketing Manager from 1978 to 1989.

Don Paddock earned an MBA in Business Management from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Don attended the program from 2007 to 2009.
