Jill Sipma

I grew up in Iowa and graduated from Dordt College in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. I’m currently teaching 7th grade Language Arts and 7th-grade Mathematics. I’ve taught at Evergreen Christian School and Rock Valley Christian School.

I love teaching middle school-aged children. They challenge me to be “real” with my faith and with how I teach. Exploring literature and developing writing skills is a love of mine. Showing my math students that math is all around them in God’s natural world is thrilling. I want each of my students to know and love the Lord and to know that they in turn are loved by Him.

My husband, Brian, has his own custom cabinet building business. We have three children: Zach, Tyler and Brooklynn. We are members of Bethel Christian Reformed Church in Lynden.
