Paul Grimaldi

Paul Grimaldi has had extensive experience in the transportation/trucking/railroad industry. Paul started their career at Con-way, Inc. in 1985, where they held various positions and focused on finding operational efficiencies and cost savings. Paul then joined Lynden Transport, Inc. in 2003, initially serving as Vice President of Operations and later as Vice President of Sales. In 2012, they became the President of Lynden Transport, where they demonstrated strong business development skills and expertise in operations management, freight, sales management, transportation management, and truckload shipping.

Paul Grimaldi attended De La Salle Collegiate in Warren, Michigan from 1976 to 1980, where they completed their high school education with a focus on college preparatory courses. Following high school, they went on to attend Michigan State University from 1980 to 1984. At Michigan State University, Paul pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Business and Materials & Logistics Management. Paul concentrated their studies in Transportation/Distribution and Purchasing Management.
