Rasha Alshami (She, Her)

Rasha Alshami was born in Amman, Jordan, to a mixed Jordanian and Romanian heritage. After completing her undergraduate degree with honors in Architectural Engineering from the University of Jordan, she pursued her Master of Science in Advanced Technologies in Architecture at the University of Stuttgart. She further specialized in advanced robotic programming, earning her license from KUKA Robotics in Augsburg. Rasha contributed to multiple software plugins for machine learning data recognition and worked with Zaha Hadid Architects' CODE team, assisting on various airport project designs.

Rasha began her career at Lilium Aviation as a Vertiport Design Architect, where she collaborated with regulatory and business development teams to create digital tools and designs for over 400 vertiport sites worldwide. Her multicultural background and exposure to diverse environments inspired her ambition to bridge the gap between airspace and ground space. Motivated by Romania's reputation as a rising hub for software development and economic growth, she chose to establish her startup, LYNEports, there in 2023. Romania’s strong software development supply to Western Europe made it the ideal location for launching an advanced air mobility solution.

As the CEO of LYNEports, Rasha drives product and software development, integrating algorithmic functions and machine learning data recognition to enhance the design and planning of airside infrastructure.
