Mario Murillo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mario started their career at Citi in 1996, where they worked as a Vice President in Structured Products Marketing for ten years before moving on to Wells Fargo. At Wells Fargo, they served as the Director of Asset Backed Finance and Structured Credit Sales from 2006 to 2011. In 2012, Murillo joined H.U.M.A.N., a social entrepreneurship venture, where they played a pivotal role in the creation and launch of their first program. Following this, they joined ZAG International in 2013 as the Director of Sales & Marketing for Latin America, a role they held until September 2022. Currently, they have taken up the position of Director of Business Development for North America at LYNK Capital Markets, starting in October 2022.
Mario Murillo attended St. Francis Prep from 1987 to 1991. After completing high school, they then enrolled at the University at Albany, SUNY from 1991 to 1995. At the university, Mario pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance and Management Information Systems (MIS).
