Sara Boye

Sara Boye is an experienced Human Resources professional and trained Global Yoga teacher. Currently serving as HRBP at Lynk & Co since December 2024, Sara also founded and operates the yoga studio Yogalabbet, which provides various yoga courses and workshops. Previously, Sara held the position of HR Partner at Lilla Edets kommun and occupied multiple roles, including Human Resources Specialist EU and Human Resources Coordinator at Lynk & Co between 2020 and 2023. Earlier career highlights include working as a Human Resources Administrator at Beiersdorf, Project Coordinator at Trollhättans Stad, and HR-intern at Volvo Cars Distribution Company in Shanghai. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resource Management and Labour Relations from the University of Gothenburg and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Karlstad University, complemented by studies in Chinese language at Xi'an Jiaotong University and Fudan University.
