Brad Stubbs has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Brad started in 2010 as a Sailing Instructor at Catalina Island Marine Institute and later worked as an Invasive Species Technician Intern at the Division of Aquatic Resources. In 2011, they became an Aquatic Invasive Species Sr. Field Tech. at the same company. In 2008, Brad worked as a Medical Assistant at Health Resources Inc, providing medical aid to a quadriplegic college student. Brad then joined the Division of Aquatic Resources again in 2010 as a Habitat Conservation Division, PIRO, NMFS, NOAA. Brad also has experience at The Nature Conservancy, serving as a CMO/Boat Captain and a Marine Fellow/Assistant Marine Coordinator. In 2017, Brad worked at the Hawaii State Legislature as an Office Manager State Representative and later as a Committee Clerk for Ocean, Marine Resources & Hawaiian Affairs. Brad joined Lynker Technologies in 2017 as a Pacific Islands Regional Co-Lead, and later served as a Program Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Operations - West at Lynker, starting in June 2022.
Brad Stubbs earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Oceanography from Hawaii Pacific University, graduating in 2009. Brad then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance & Economics at the same university, completing their degree in 2017.
