Mostafa Aiad

Mostafa Aiad has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Outbound and Retention Manager at Lynks.com in 2015, where they focused on executing day-to-day operations of the Retention department, ensuring excellent customer service and implementing customer retention and money collection strategies. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Operations Manager at True value advertising agency from 2012 to 2015, where they developed a customer service policy, analyzed customer service, promoted company products, and negotiated sales. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a System Administrator and Warehouse Manager at the Egyptian European company (Textile), handling warehousing and inventory, managing retail transactions through the system, monitoring company branches, and assisting in accounting duties. Before that, they served as a Sales Executive at Al-Futtaim Group Automotive Toyota in 2008, assisting customers with car purchases and performing administrative tasks. Mostafa started their career in 2007 as a Sales Executive at Commercial Bank International, where they promoted car loan packages, processed loans, and finalized loan agreements.

Mostafa Aiad attended Alexandria University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management.
