Dean Baldwin

Dean Baldwin has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 1994, they worked as the Operations Manager and co-founder at Internet Network Services until 2000. In 1998, they briefly served as a Senior Network Engineer at AT&T Unisource. From 2000 to 2002, they were a Senior Network Engineer at Cable & Wireless. At the same time, they also acted as the Network Manager at Edex, where they played a key role in designing and deploying a filtered Internet service for educational organizations. In 2003, they became the Managing Director at Neuvoice, where they led the technical team, improved customer support, and developed new products. In 2004, Dean worked as a Software Designer at an undisclosed company, developing software called TrackYourMac. Dean then joined TalkTalk Business, where they held various positions including Team Leader, Head of Corporate Technical Support, Head of Business Assurance, and Head of Customer Delivery from 2004 to 2017. In 2018, Dean became the Chief Technology Officer at YouCloud Solutions Ltd before starting their own consultancy, Humbolt Ltd, where they worked as a Director and Founder. Currently, they are employed as a Solutions Architect at LynkState Inc.

Dean Baldwin earned a BSc in Computer Science from The Open University. In addition to their degree, they obtained the following certifications: Chartered Institute of Information Security from CIISec in 2019, ITIL Foundation from Axelos in June 2015, and Prince2 Practitioner from Axelos in March 2015.
