Yannick Loquet

Yannick Loquet is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of infrared detection and imaging technologies. Currently serving as Head of Cooled Detector Research & Innovation at LYNRED since June 2019, Yannick is responsible for the design and development of cooled detector technologies. Previously, Yannick held several roles at Sofradir as R&D Manager, focused on infrared detection and hybridization processes, and at STMicroelectronics, where responsibilities spanned from Senior Device Engineer to R&D process engineer, engaging in advanced semiconductor technologies and team management. Yannick began the career at LETI as a trainee, studying advanced interconnections in integrated circuits. Educational qualifications include an Engineering Degree in materials sciences and engineering from Institut des Sciences et Techniques de Grenoble and an Associate Degree in physical measurements from Institut Universitaire de Technologie d'Annecy.
