Nikolaj Andersen is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams across various organizations. Currently, Nikolaj serves as Engineering Manager for Operations Processes & Data Analysis at LYNX, overseeing a team of 15 professionals and ensuring alignment with company objectives. Previously, at Mynewsdesk, Nikolaj held multiple roles, including Engineering Manager, where effective leadership and employee development were prioritized. In earlier positions, including Tech Lead and Senior Software Engineer, Nikolaj focused on complex system integrations and automation solutions, particularly in credit card payment systems.
