Rachel Tan is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Lynx Analytics, where Rachel hires consultants, data engineers, and data scientists internationally. Prior to this, Rachel held roles in Resourcing & Workforce Management at Maybank, Regional Associate Consultant at PeopleKey Consulting, and Consultant in Sales & Marketing at Lee Capstone. Rachel graduated from Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Social Sciences, majoring in Psychology and Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource.
