Joanna Lipfeld

Joanna oversees finance and administration for Lynx, including cash flow management, financial accounting and reporting functions for Lynx and its subsidiary companies, and corporate governance. She also plays a key role in Lynx’s portfolio bank financing and integration processes, as well as acts as the strategic advisor for select subsidiaries. Joanna holds an HBA and an MBA, both from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. She also holds her CPA/CMA designation.
