Rick Bulmann

Rick joined Lynx in April 2019 as Lead Operations Manager. Prior to joining Lynx, Rick was the Managing Partner of Correct Mold Inc., a Tier 2 automotive manufacturing facility that was purchased by Lynx in 2014. Rick is responsible for working with the management teams of certain portfolio companies on continuous improvement and business development initiatives. Rick has over 30 years' experience in operations, engineering, and management. Prior to Rick's role as Managing Partner of Correct Mold, he worked for General Motors and Tier 1 automotive suppliers. Rick received a Bachelor's of Engineering from Ryerson Polytechnic Institute in 1992.
