Shaylee McReynolds

Shaylee McReynolds is a Scrum Master at Lynx. Shaylee has previous experience working as a Business Process Analyst and an Assistant Manager. Shaylee has been with Lynx since May 2015 and in their current role, they are responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, retrospectives, demos, refinement sessions, sprint planning and adhoc working sessions as needed.

Shaylee McReynolds has a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from UnitedHealth Group and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from the same organization. Shaylee also has foundational Lean Training from Lean Training. Shaylee's educational background includes attending Taylorsville High School and Salt Lake Community College.
