Autumn Masterson

Autumn Masterson is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in program execution and software engineering. Currently serving as the VP of Program Execution at Lynx Software Technologies since April 2024 and as the Founder & Co-Owner of Layer 3 Logic, LLC. since August 2023, Autumn has a strong leadership background. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer and Director of Strategic Execution at Thompson Software Solutions from January 2022 to April 2024, and various positions at Lockheed Martin from January 2018 to December 2021, including Software Engineering Manager and Deputy Program Manager. Autumn's career began at BNSF Railway as a Rail Traffic Controller (2011-2017) and included service as an Air Traffic Control Specialist in the US Air Force from June 2006 to December 2009. Autumn holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Wilmington University, completed in 2014.
