Jacob Meyers

Jacob Meyers is an accomplished professional in the field of research and development, currently serving as Director of Research and Development at LynxDx since October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Scientist and Staff Scientist at Takara Bio USA, Inc. from September 2019 to October 2022, focusing on developing assays for reproductive health. Jacob's earlier work involved a postdoctoral fellowship at Texas A&M University, where research centered on the genetic basis of mosquito behavior using CRISPR/Cas9 techniques. Additionally, Jacob began their career as a Research Technician II at MPI Research, processing blood samples for GLP toxicology studies. Jacob holds a PhD in Biomedical Sciences from Colorado State University and a BA in Chemistry from Kalamazoo College.
