Italia Hurgon

Italia HURGON currently serves as the Head of Engineering at Lynxeo since November 2024, following a long tenure at Nexans from April 2011 to November 2024 in various engineering and product management roles, including Head of Engineering, Global Product Manager for Wind & Pumps, Global Product Manager for Power Generation, and Group REACh Manager. Responsibilities have included managing REACh and CLP regulations, overseeing regulatory compliance, coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, and supporting production sites during audits. Italia has also worked at ArcelorMittal as an R&D engineer and conducted research at LISE and LEM. Italia holds two Master's degrees, one in Project Management from OMNES Education and another in Surfaces and Nanomaterials from Université Paris Cité.
