Pradeep Vachani

Pradeep Vachani is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Lynxus Solutions, where they utilize their expertise in advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, robotics process automation, cloud, internet of things, block chain, and mobile technologies. Pradeep is also a trusted advisor to multiple C-level executives at Global 1000 companies.

Before Lynxus Solutions, Pradeep founded Crecinta in 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President and Global Business Head for Travel, Transportation & Logistics at EXL from 2017 to 2019. Pradeep also held the role of Senior Vice President and Global Head of EXL Consulting and Senior Vice President and Global Head of Travel, Transportation & Logistics at EXL from 2010 to 2016.

Pradeep's earlier experience includes roles as Co-CEO and Executive Vice President at WNS Global Services, Manager at Engelhard, and Head of Worldwide IT Strategy, Architecture & Business Technologies at Engelhard/BASF Catalysts LLC.

Pradeep Vachani has an Executive Certificate in Artificial Intelligence from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Certificate in Global Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2004-2005. Pradeep Vachani also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University, earned between 1991 and 1995. Pradeep completed their high school education at St. Joseph's High School in Colaba, from 1974 to 1986.
