Terry Ko

Terry Ko is a seasoned professional in property operations and asset management, currently serving as Vice President at Lyon Living since December 2015, with a progressive career spanning multiple leadership roles including Senior Director and Regional Director. Prior experience includes a successful tenure at Irvine Company, where management of a new lease-up community in Tustin, CA resulted in stabilization within seven months, and prior roles focused on account management and sales retention. Terry Ko has also earned recognition as a top sales performer, receiving the "President's Club" award in 2012. Terry Ko holds a degree in Criminology, Law and Society from UC Irvine and additional education from the University of Southern California.
