Andrew Healey

Andrew Healey is a seasoned professional in government relations and legislative affairs with extensive experience in various roles within governmental and nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Federal Government Relations at LyondellBasell, Healey previously held senior managerial positions at the National Propane Gas Association and was Operations Manager in the United States Senate. Experience also includes serving as a Special Advisor at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where strategic guidance was provided on national and economic security initiatives, and roles in constituent services and operations management within the Senate. Earlier in the career, Healey worked as a Press Intern in the U.S. House of Representatives and as a Production Assistant at KLST News. A graduate of Angelo State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Media, Healey has demonstrated a strong capability in stakeholder collaboration, legislative analysis, and strategic communication.
