Dale Friedrichs

Dale Friedrichs is senior vice president, Human Resources and Global Projects for LyondellBasell, one of the world’s largest plastics, chemicals and refining companies.

Friedrichs’ career spans more than 30 years and he has held numerous leadership positions in manufacturing with LyondellBasell and its predecessor companies. Most recently, Friedrichs served as vice president of global Health, Safety and Environment for LyondellBasell. Also, he has served as site manager at six LyondellBasell manufacturing locations along the Gulf Coast.

Friedrichs is a graduate of Texas A&M University with Bachelor of Science degrees in ocean engineering and civil engineering.
