Frank M. Broussard is a seasoned professional in risk management and process safety with extensive experience in the chemical and polymer manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence, Process Safety, Loss Prevention, and Quality at LyondellBasell since October 2022, Frank previously held notable positions at ExxonMobil as a Process Safety and Risk Advisor and at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company in various managerial roles focused on risk management, maintenance services, and environmental health and safety. Frank’s leadership has driven significant improvements in process safety performance, implemented strategic operational changes, and managed substantial budgets across diverse teams. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and an Associate of Science in Math from Alvin Community College.
